- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So hard to believe that anyone can find anything negative about this practice and it’s staff and doctors. From the first initial phone call the experience was extraordinary. I was treated like a human being not like a dollar sign. They slotted a free one hour consultation so I can meet the treating Dr. and discuss any future treatment. It was gratifying to have a dentist give me their undivided attention. The office is clean and modern and you are treated with respect and no one is pressured to start treatment. Very professional and accommodating with a great chairside manner. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Every experience I had at smile experts has been amazing!!! Dr. Hong and the rest of the staff is so patient, attentive and they always listen to my needs and concerns rather than just telling me what I need done. The office is always immaculate and every procedure I had was thoroughly explained and they always take that extra step to make sure I'm comfortable. I once had an extraction at another office and it was so painfully and left me traumatized. When I had to do another, I was so thankful I choose to have it done at smile experts.
